You engage USA Business Access for a defined bookkeeping scope. We coordinate onboarding, match the work to an independent professional, monitor the close process, organize questions, and help escalate matters that need a CPA or tax professional.
Each engagement is matched with an independent bookkeeping professional experienced with QuickBooks Online. Current ProAdvisor certification is verified before USABA represents a professional as certified.
Bookkeeping in the United States
Bookkeeping is the ongoing process of turning everyday financial activity into a complete, organized accounting record. It gives an owner visibility into revenue, expenses, cash, debts, and what the business owns.
Record and categorize sales, deposits, purchases, fees, payroll entries, and owner transactions.
Reconcile accounts so the books agree with bank and credit-card statements.
Maintain the general ledger and identify duplicates, missing records, unusual balances, and open questions.
Produce financial statements used to manage the business and prepare a year-end package for the tax professional.
Bookkeeping creates the financial record. Tax preparation applies tax law to that record. An audit or review provides a separate level of professional assurance.

QuickBooks Online workflow
QuickBooks Online can connect bank and credit-card activity, maintain the general ledger, support reconciliations, and produce financial statements from one cloud-based record.
USABA never asks you to share your personal QuickBooks password. Access is provided through the platform’s accountant-user invitation process.
Straightforward starting prices
Transaction volume, number of accounts, payroll, sales tax, inventory, currencies, entities, and AP/AR activity determine the final scope.

Complex & Multi-Entity
Quarterly Essentials is intended for businesses without payroll, inventory, sales-tax filing, or active AP/AR management. All limits are scope guidelines; unused capacity does not roll over.
Optional support
We quote each add-on after confirming volume and complexity.
How it works
We assess entity type, current books, transaction volume, accounts, payroll, tax touchpoints, and reporting needs.
You receive a defined fee and workflow. USABA assigns an independent professional with relevant bookkeeping experience.
Access is provided through QuickBooks accountant permissions and approved document-sharing methods—not shared passwords.
The professional completes the close checklist, resolves routine questions, and delivers the agreed reports.
For U.S. residents doing business overseas
U.S. citizens and resident aliens generally report worldwide income. Ownership of, or activity through, a foreign corporation, partnership, disregarded entity, branch, or financial account may also create specialized U.S. information-reporting obligations. Good bookkeeping preserves the source data your international tax professional needs to evaluate those rules.
Domestic starting-price limits do not automatically apply to foreign operations.
Bookkeeping does not determine which international tax forms apply. Classification, foreign tax credits, elections, transfer pricing, and filing advice must be handled by an appropriately qualified independent tax professional.
Clear professional boundaries
Your bookkeeping plan does not include income-tax advice or returns, legal advice, audits, reviews, compilations, valuations, assurance, or representation before a government agency.
When licensed work is needed, USABA can coordinate an independent CPA, enrolled agent, attorney, or other qualified professional under a separate engagement.
